Frequently Asked Questions

Most builds take 1–4 days once we’re on-site, depending on the size and design. Custom features or complex layouts may add extra time, but we’ll give you a clear timeline before we start. 

To reserve your catio build date, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due at the start of the project. We’ll send you an invoice, which you can pay securely by credit card or bank transfer. 

Yes! We can come to you - additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us to discuss! 

We build with weather-resistant materials and finishes so your catio holds up in sun, rain, and seasonal changes.
